K & K Farm Service, Inc. is a
specialty grain facility established in 1991 for the purpose of providing identity
preserved food grade soybeans for export to the Japanese market. Identity
Preservation is a process by which a crop is grown, usually under contract, handled,
processed, and delivered under controlled conditions whereby the end user of the product
is assured that the crop has maintained its unique identity. By following Identity
Preserved (IP) protocols, we guarantee that our clients receive a product with optimal
process yield and end product qualities. To accomplish this, we contract
qualified growers to produce and deliver crops under IP protocols.
We supply all the seed and information for the
production of the crop.
During the growing season, we regularly inspect the growers' fields for any
contamination or poor management. If the product does not meet the requirements, we
will reject the crop. We have a reputation of providing only quality products and
services for our clients. Only the best soybeans will be shipped under the K & K
Farm Service, Inc. name.
K & K Farm Service, Inc. owns and operates storage, handling, conditioning
and shipping facilities and is a licensed grain warehouse in the state of Arkansas.
Our new 450,000 bushel specialty soybean facility is equipped with a state-of-the-art
technology. Soybean handling is accomplished with a 10-inch diameter "grain
loop" traveling above, below, and to either side of the facility instead of
conventional legs and conveyors. This "grain loop" acts as a continuous
drag conveyor, using chain mounted paddles to gently move the
soybeans to and from the storage tanks.
